Second page of my stupidly over-ambitious sci-fi comic adaptation of The Farmer & The Badger, with added mooncalves! :dummy:

I think this is my favourite of the four pages I did, especially the last panel; I wanted to show how small the mooncalf was compared to the man, her tiny hand trying in vain to loosen his grip.

In this page;
The startled mooncalf panics and lashes out, killing the woman.
The womans husband and friends are devastated, they decide to punish the mooncalf.
They wait outside and jump her when she shows up.

Acrylic on paper, 29.7 x 42cm / 11.69 x 16.54"

Yup, but it's a defining thing about me, so I guess I embrace it. :B

with legs like that i didn't think it would be difficult for a moon calve to do that. :)
but why are the humans so faceless, its like there is no soul in them, even if its foul i think it would be nice to see some true anger prejudice, and hatred. the perversion is a nice touch though. :nod:

Thats my reasoning; they've got them hard, sharp hooves and their legs can unfold like springs! :dummy:

The main reason for the humans anonymity was time constraints; I'm not good at human expresisons and didn't have time to try to get them right. :paranoid:

Woah, how dark.
The big "wrong way" signs on the next two look promising.
