Not just with things like SOPA, but indefinite detention in the NDAA, voter suppression laws, banning gay marriage in 30 states, military bases all over the world where they don't belong, kissing China's ass, the list goes on.
John McCain (i.e. militaristic right winger and election loser) wanted the military to read Americans' emails. Any American's. He seems hell-bent on turning the USA into a full-blown police state.
I'm a member of the ACLU and several other organizations; we lobby and protest against these things (and have a good track record for the most part), but it seems to be getting harder.
And a bunch of idiots mock Anonymous, Occupy Wall Street, whoever for trying to stand up for freedom. I don't see those whiners doing anything

Lastly, I've always thought the Uncle Sam character was/is a sleazy, back-stabbing douchebag. I hate his goddamn face.
...Sorry, but stuff like this puts me in a horrible mood.
The level of intrusiveness the US government wants in the private lives of it's citizens is quite shocking though, and that's coming from someone who lives in a country with more CCTV cameras per person than any other.
And the CC cameras all over England is disturbing, too. 1984 was a warning, not a blueprint.

There's nothing to defend yourself from, so you're not defending yourself, but rather are hysterically attacking others in retaliation for some perceived slight against you, and you're doing it the coward's way with an alt account too. You know blocking people and then attacking them with an alt is a bannable offense?
